Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical engineering or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in industrial operations or related technical environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and maintain a culture of safe work practices.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with senior technicians.
• Monitor process parameters and optimize equipment performance to reduce downtime.
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation (drawings, BOMs, etc.).
• Assist in implementing new technologies and manufacturing methods.
