Job summary

Essity is seeking a Production Team Lead for its Bordentown, NJ facility. The role focuses on coordinating daily production activities, supporting equipment and process performance, and driving safety and continuous improvement across the team.

You will monitor progress, resolve routine issues, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality manufacturing operations. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities to contribute to team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical School degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a team coordination or administrative role with a solid understanding of operational workflows.
• Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; ability to interact across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and priorities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.
• Monitor workflow, track progress toward goals, and resolve routine issues.
• Facilitate communication across the team to align tasks and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and loss elimination.
• Lead onboarding and coach for new and existing team members.
