Responsibilities

• Supervision and leadership: Oversee and direct the work of other team members.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Acts as the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical failures or production issues.
• Promotes shop floor organization and lean practices such as 5S.
