Coastal Sunbelt Produce is seeking a Team Leader to provide daily leadership, direction, and support to packing associates, line feeders and stackers in a high-volume facility. The role requires proactive problem identification and corrective action to improve performance.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work with management, assigning duties to maximize efficiency, and ensuring safety and food-safety guidelines are followed consistently.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of extensive produce knowledge or related industry.
• Proven leadership ability in a high-volume warehouse/production setting.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English; bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily tasks with supervisors and management to ensure priorities are set and issues are communicated and addressed.
• Assign crew members to specific duties to maximize efficiency for a department.
• Ensure crew works safely and efficiently as a team and follows HACCP and other food-safety guidelines.
