Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor at our West Virginia facility. You will lead production teams to meet performance metrics, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor all levels of staff.

Responsabilités

• Complies with and enforces all company safety policies; assist in identifying and correcting machine and work area safety issues.
• Provides direction to production team to ensure metrics are met accurately and on time.
• Monitor line staffing and adjust staffing levels daily to achieve goals while controlling manpower costs.
• Performs routine line checks to ensure efficiency and monitor progress of machine, production and personnel.
• Maintain manufacturing methods (5S, PQCDSM, Problem Solving, Visualization) and ensure quality measures.
• Ensure associates are trained and mentored through onboarding and peer programs.
• Prepare components and paperwork for the next schedule.
• Collaborate with shift leaders, supervisors, QA, production staff and warehouse operations.
• Work with maintenance to keep equipment running at optimal levels.
• Perform other related duties as required.
