Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a production leadership role at our facility. Base pay is $22.00 per hour, with full-time hours and benefits starting day one. The position emphasizes safety, coaching, and directing production teams to achieve KPI targets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires standing, walking, and occasional overtime. You will collaborate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient production and high product quality.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and mentor all levels of associates.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Enforces safety policies and investigates issues to prevent accidents.
• Directs production team to meet key metrics on time.
• Monitors staffing and adjusts plans daily to meet line goals while controlling costs.
• Performs routine line checks to ensure machine and production progress.
• Supports 5S, PQCDSM, problem solving, and KPI goals for quality and efficiency.
• Ensures associates are trained via onboarding and mentoring programs.
• Coordinates with shift leads, QA, production and warehouse for smooth runs.
• Works with maintenance to keep equipment running at optimal levels.
• Performs other related duties as required.
