Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or high school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of manufacturing experience.
• Two or more years of supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates the Production department activities.
• Trains personnel and manages performance appraisals.
• Determines manufacturing priorities based on schedules.
• Ensures safety programs are followed and product quality is met.
• Reviews production processes and drives improvements.
• Coordinates with other supervisors to align plant activities.
• Monitors equipment setup and maintenance and resolves malfunctions.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and production timelines.
