Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of Manufacturing Experience.
• Two or more years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the Production department to meet or exceed requirements.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work and appraises performance.
• Enforces safety regulations and assures product quality.
• Trains individuals and resolves problems with substantial judgment.
• Maintains machine setup and routine maintenance.
• Coordinates activities with other supervisory personnel.
• Inspects products for conformance to specifications.
• Adapts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends improvements to production methods and equipment.
