Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and guide manufacturing personnel to ensure on-time delivery and quality output. You will supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while coordinating with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues and boost productivity.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Oracle.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
2 years’ experience in a supervisory role required.
2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead production personnel by supervising and training, scheduling work, resolving problems, and providing direction.
Identify staffing needs, interview, and recommend employee selection.
Work toward department, site, and company goals in production, quality, and other standards.
Monitor and report daily production results (downtime, efficiencies, material shortages, and waste).
Interact with Quality and Engineering to solve issues and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance to time and attendance, safety, SOPs, and housekeeping practices.
Apply expertise in resolving problems associated with production and procedures.
Participate in productivity improvement projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
