Job summary

Stryker Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a production team lead to supervise a small team on a single manufacturing line. You will ensure adherence to procedures, maintain competencies, and drive continuous improvement including 5S and safety programs.

You will monitor metrics, communicate improvements, and support on-time delivery of high-quality products. Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00am–1:30pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions; works on production line duties for majority of scheduled shift.
• Manages time and resources effectively through good organizational skills and through use of independent decision making.
• Displays versatility and flexibility on a regular basis within department.
• Meets goals as defined within Stryker key success factors of Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results.
• Responsible for tracking and updating relevant metrics and recording/tracking efficiency issues or concerns.
• Communicates instructions, suggestions, and initiatives in a positive manner.
