Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role or related experience.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiar with SAP and JDEdwards systems.
• Experience in training and development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of a production team to meet schedules and targets.
• Track metrics and address efficiency issues on the line.
• Promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
