Alsco Uniforms is seeking an Assistant Production Manager in the United States. The role supports the Production Manager in organizing and supervising the Production Department, ensuring adherence to policies and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include staff training, evaluations, and potential employment actions within company policy. The position requires organizational leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to monitor production standards, budgets, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in organizing and supervising work in Production Department.
• May hire and train new staff or assist in evaluations.
• Assist with employment actions including discipline and termination per policy.
• Suggest changes to labor methods/equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct new hire and ongoing training in all production areas.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales and service management for smooth operations.
