Qualifications

• Four years of experience as a Production Supervisor or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Supervisor Certification and Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates employees on plant safety and ensures policy compliance.
• Reviews daily production requirements and aligns manpower for safe, efficient assembly.
• Ensures training per standard work instructions.
• Leads production staff to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives.
