Responsibilities

• Supervise plant employees in manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, and drive improvements.
• Educate employees on safety requirements and ensure policies are followed on the plant floor.
• Review daily production requirements and align manpower to run operations safely and efficiently.
• Coach and counsel employees and administer corrective actions per policies.
• Monitor equipment and production progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Complete daily safety, production, and quality reports.
