Qualifications

• Five+ years of applicable experience.
• 6 months to 1 year on a production line.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and teams.
• Proficient with computers and math.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of production operators to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Ensure all team members follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Assign work tasks, monitor progress, and provide real-time feedback.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and material usage.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow enhancements.
• Communicate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to coordinate activities.
• Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
• Perform production work as needed to meet requirements.
