Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience on a production line or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lead projects and project teams.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of production operators to meet targets.
• Enforce SOPs, safety rules and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide real-time feedback.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and safety.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to maintenance when needed.
• Maintain production records and support continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and logistics teams.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards; perform production work as needed.
