Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery, part of Oshkosh Corporation, seeks a production supervisor to lead a team of operators on the Spartanburg, SC line. You will ensure daily targets are met, SOPs and safety standards are followed, and you will mentor staff while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics to keep production flowing smoothly.

You will play a key role in continuous improvement, training new operators, and maintaining 5S housekeeping in the work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of production experience on a line.
• Ability to lead projects and project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of production operators to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Ensure SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards are followed by all team members.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide real-time feedback to maintain productivity and quality.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation, processes, and safety practices.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process or workflow enhancements.
