Job summary

Domestic travel is up to 5%. The role is full-time, exempt, and located in Stockton; relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree, technical school certificate in Business, or equivalent Preferred.
• 4 years experience supervising in a manufacturing setting Required.
• Active listening, critical thinking, monitoring, and written/oral comprehension needed.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and mathematics proficiency beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and direct employees, establishing expectations and goals, and providing feedback on performance.
• Monitor workflow; analyze productivity data and implement improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other branches to learn and apply Simpson practices on the shop floor.
