Qualifications

• 5 years manufacturing experience required.
• 3+ years managing others required.
• 2 years supply chain knowledge in management of department.
• 2 years Lean manufacturing concepts applied in dept.
• 1 year impact on Profit & Loss in department management.
• 3 years mentoring and developing a team preferred.
• Experience using logic and reasoning to analyze problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department work and attend daily performance meetings.
• Staffing and development through interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching.
• Lead performance management with clear expectations and feedback.
• Improve workflow and drive mid- to long-term efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate timecards and enforce company policies.
