Voltava is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Michigan. You will coach Team Leaders and Team Members, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity alongside the Operations Manager.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across functions. A high school diploma is required, with leadership training preferred.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role partners closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to drive productivity, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor helps maintain operational excellence by overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
