Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking a Junior Production Supervisor to guide a fast-paced operations team, coordinating pre‑production builds, validation, and station readiness to ensure a smooth start of production.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to train team leaders and members while maintaining PFMEA and work instructions. This on-site role offers growth and a culture focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in a production environment.
• Knowledge of PFMEA process and quality controls.
• Ability to write standardized Work Instructions (WI).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Open Issues creation, follow up and validation for closure.
• Receive and inventory build kits.
• Organize and maintain training part kits.
• Complete Station Readiness tasks.
• Work with Advanced Manufacturing Engineers to identify station constraints and opportunities.
• Establish autonomous maintenance for each operation.
• Train Team Leaders to Level 4 on every station.
• Train Team Members to Level 3 in every station according to program timeline.
