Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Leads by example through 5S Methodology.
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivates a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership.
• Goes through daily schedules and ensures production targets are met.
• Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Keeps up to date on team activities and takes corrective actions.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Maintains a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
