Avancez Assembly is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead Team Leaders and support the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth production flow, safety, and quality. The role requires guiding teams, maintaining payroll accuracy, and upholding company standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive settings or team leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 2+ years working in automotive industry and/or leading teams
• Willingness to travel (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders.
• Coach Team Members to be successful and productive.
• Ensure attendance entries on Timekeeping System for payroll accuracy.
• Maintain communication with Operations Manager on critical matters.
• Maintain relationships with lead managers and participate in regular meetings.
• Enforce safety rules and housekeeping standards.
• Understand and follow company processes (FIFO, Min/Max, corrective actions).
• Drive problem solving to address quality issues and take corrective action.
