Job summary

HL Mando Corporation is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee daily production operations on the manufacturing floor. You will manage scheduling, priorities, and team performance to ensure safe, efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety and quality policies, performing tool changes and CNC setup checks, training CNC techs and operators, and driving 5S and continuous improvement initiatives across housing lines.

Qualifications

• Adheres to safety guidelines and HL Mando policies.
• Enforces quality policies and procedures.
• Maintains tool setting procedures and accuracy for CNC lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, schedule, manage and prioritize daily production issues in their area.
• Lead the production team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Maintain 5S and continuous improvement within the team.
• Train CNC techs and operators and maintain training records.
• Complete end-of-shift scrap reports and monitor KPI areas (Safety, Quality, OEE).
