Job summary

HL Mando America Corp in Hogansville, GA, is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations, schedule work, and lead a production team under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time output in a fast-paced plant environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a warehouse setting, and forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse experience required.
• Forklift operation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production issues and prioritize work in area.
• Schedule and manage production activities with the supervisor.
• Operate and adjust machines, perform tool changes and calibrations.
• Identify defective parts by visual inspection and take corrective actions.
• Support 5S, quality policies, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Train CNC technicians and operators as needed.
