Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation in Opelika, AL seeks a Sr. Production Manager to lead the Production group across all shifts, enforce safety, and drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating resources, improving processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with QA, HSE, and Production Control to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience, with at least two years in automotive manufacturing.
• Minimum three years of prior managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production group across all shifts and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Drive on-time delivery through effective planning and coordination.
• Collaborate with QA, HSE, and Production Control to meet customer requirements.
• Develop long-range production plans, monitor resources and costs, and implement improvements.
• Promote 5S and continuous improvement initiatives; coach and develop staff.
