Responsibilities

• Lead a production team and assign tasks to meet daily targets.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure production targets are met.
• Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to support the production plan.
• Monitor quality control processes and enforce safety regulations.
• Address production and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and audits; recommend safety improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with Inventory Control.
