You will oversee budgeting activities for production expenses and capital requests while enforcing company policies and safety standards on the manufacturing floor. The role requires strong managerial experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing, and the ability to build accountable, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a plant manager or equivalent.
• Adequate knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and HR processes.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, productivity and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and vision for a high-performing department.
• Drive improvements in production methods for efficiency.
• Contribute to budget preparation for production expenses and capex.
• Administer and enforce company policies in the area.
