Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to obtain/maintain 608 refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers, assign tasks and provide guidance.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure production targets are met.
• Allocate resources to support the production plan.
• Monitor quality control processes and address issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training/audits.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control.
• Generate reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency; update management.
