SUMMARY

TheTeamLead will overseedaily operational functions ofvariousstations within the plant. This leaderis responsible forguiding and motivating team members to achieve production-oriented goals and deliver high-quality results. This roleinvolves problem-solving, providing clear direction, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The Team Lead supports the development of team members through mentoring, training, and feedback, while alsomonitoringperformance and resolving issues that arise. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, setting priorities, troubleshooting challenges, and fostering collaboration to meetproduction standards. The team lead must be versatile and ready to step into various roles as needed, ensuring smoothoperationsandmaintainingproductivity when a team member is absent.

Essential Functions

  • Provideclear guidance, set expectations, and communicate goals to ensure team alignment and productivity.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., maintenance, engineering, and quality control) to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all products being produced and to catch errors before they become larger issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear instructions are given and tofacilitatecoordination with other departments (e.g., production, quality control, engineering).
