• Bachelor's degree and three years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, and workforce development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems.
• Experience in ISO or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 production employees, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and balance shifting priorities, schedules, material availability, staffing needs, and customer requirements to achieve production and quality goals.
• Track critical details across the operation, anticipate obstacles, and implement solutions that keep production moving and minimize disruptions.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and optimize the use of people, materials, and equipment.
• Partner with Materials, Purchasing, Programs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and on‑time delivery to customers.
