Job summary

Match Staffing is seeking a Team Lead for 1st or 2nd shift in Spartanburg, SC. Hours: 6a–4:30p or 4p–2:30a; starting rate $18.00/hour ($17 base + $1 differential). You will organize workflow, supervise employees, coach performance, and ensure safety and quality on the line.

Responsibilities include training, addressing issues, reporting metrics, and coordinating with the Line Coordinator on process improvements. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for entire shift and perform repetitive lifting.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 20 lb safely.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and a safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and report any incident or unsafe condition immediately.
• Communicate positively and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to follow specific instructions and adapt to overtime or changing duties.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure team understands assignments.
• Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide input to Line Coordinator on process improvements.
• Receive and resolve complaints, involving Line Coordinator as needed.
• Monitor performance and report metrics to Line Coordinator.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with Line Coordinator.
• Maintain positive relations within the team and cover Line Coordinator when unavailable.
• Understand product specifications and coordinate with Quality Manager when questions arise.
• Perform random inspections of finished goods and communicate issues.
