Responsibilities

• Motivate and supervise department personnel.
• Train personnel on department roles.
• Schedule production and staffing to meet targets.
• Enter hours and payroll data for staff.
• Address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Start up and shut down department machines.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Inventory on transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
