Job summary

US Waffle Company in Liberty, SC is seeking a shift supervisor to help keep production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. The 1st Shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with 8 hour shifts and occasional overtime and weekends.

As a supervisor you will lead hourly production staff, facilitate line meetings, train team members, monitor safety, and oversee daily handoffs. Basic Plex software skills and a mechanical aptitude are preferred, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn Plex.
• Moderate mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings for the line.
• Direct hourly production staff by training, coordinating, and verifying daily activities.
• Enforce safe work practices with proper PPE usage.
• Update daily handoffs and manage staffing to control overtime.
• Document issues and report to Shift Manager and HR immediately.
• Maintain 85% floor presence and 15% admin presence.
