Koozie Group is seeking a Team Lead to coordinate daily production on the 1st shift in Red Wing, MN. You will assign tasks, monitor quality, and ensure on-time completion in a climate-controlled environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues while maintaining a positive, productive team culture. This is a full-time role with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; reading, writing and math skills.
• 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong communication within and across departments.
• Ability to manage conflict and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Ability to make decisions with urgency and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Executes daily activities including prioritizing and assigning work from Dispatch Report and quality checks.
• Coordinates shift changes to maintain workflow and meet orders.
• Keeps staff focused on production orders and throughput.
• Shares knowledge and trains associates; ensures proper training.
• Coaches associates and promotes teamwork while monitoring workload.
