THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Kitting Lead in the St. Paul area to own daily kitting activities and coordinate material flow for efficient production. This hands-on role trains teammates and partners with production, quality, and operations to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment. 2nd shift, full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or supply chain.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead and train team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily kitting activities.
• Monitor material flow and support production schedules.
• Resolve issues with production, quality, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records for kitting activities.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors.
• Train and support team members.
• Track performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Assist in other production-related activities as needed.
