The role requires 2–3 years of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to resolve conflicts while driving safety and productivity in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of previous experience leading a team.
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively within and across departments.
• Ability to manage conflict and promote a positive and team-oriented work environment and culture.
• Ability to make decisions with a sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily activities, including prioritizing and assigning work from Dispatch Report and ensuring quality checks.
• Coordinates and assists with shift changes to keep orders in process.
• Keeps staff focused on production orders and workflow.
• Shares knowledge and coaching to associates and ensures proper training.
• Monitors workload and reallocates resources to meet customer orders.
• Advises supervisor on performance and improvement opportunities.
