Bradford Company in Holland, MI seeks an All Shifts Production Team Leader to direct line teams in multiple work cells, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven production. The role involves hands-on production, mentoring staff, and coordinating with QA, engineering, and customer service to address immediate issues.

The ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, leverage Epicor ERP, and set up efficient cell layouts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and coordinating line activities.
• Ability to interface with QA, production engineering, design, customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team and perform hands-on production and assembly as needed.
• Mentor and motivate team members to maximize productivity.
• Maximize production efficiency and implement continuous improvement projects with manufacturing engineering.
• Develop and apply understanding of ERP (Epicor) to manage workflows.
• Set up work cells and control activity per established layouts and efficiency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
