Job summary

Kutol Products Company in Cincinnati is seeking Production Team Leads for all shifts to supervise filling lines, set up, operate, clean out and changeover equipment, and guide teammates to meet production goals while producing quality product. This role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to direct a team, reading skills for work orders and specifications, good writing for checks and documentation, and basic math.

FDA or cGMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to perform setups and changeovers using hand tools.
• Ability to direct and lead a team.
• Reading skills to follow fill line work orders and customer specifications.
• Attention to detail and writing skills to complete required checks and documentation.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teammates assigned to the line to meet production goals and produce quality product.
• Set up, operation, clean out, and changeover of assigned filling line.
• Accurate completion of required paperwork and processes that meet FDA requirements.
