Kutol Products Company in Sharonville, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd Shift Liquid Processing Supervisor to lead the Liquid Processing Department, supervise processors, coordinate production schedules, and drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

This hands‑on leadership role focuses on developing people, solving problems, and collaborating with Quality, Laboratory, and Maintenance to maintain specifications and minimize downtime.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of related manufacturing/production experience with supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Liquid Processing Department on 2nd shift for safe, efficient production.
• Supervise processors and assistants, promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow to keep batches moving.
• Collaborate with Quality and Lab to maintain specifications and resolve issues.
• Train teammates and support recruiting and performance reviews.
• Ensure 5S, GMP, and safety compliance across shifts.
