Job summary

Kutol Products Company, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee the safe and efficient running of our filling lines on all shifts.

You will set up, operate, clean out, and changeover lines, lead teammates, and ensure paperwork meets FDA requirements. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts; great benefits and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to set up and changeovers with hand tools.
• Ability to direct and lead a production team.
• Ability to read fill line work orders and customer specifications.
• Attention to detail and writing skills for checks and documentation.
• Basic math skills.

This position provides team leadership in the safe and efficient running of our production lines. Our filling equipment packages bags and bottles of liquid products that we produce on site in our mix room. The Team Lead is responsible for the set up, operation, clean out, and changeover of their assigned filling line. They lead the teammates assigned to the line to meet production goals and produce quality product. They are also responsible for the accurate completion of required paperwork and processes that meet FDA requirements.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude to perform sets ups and changeovers using hand tools;
• Ability to direct and lead a team;
• Reading skills to follow fill line work orders and customer specifications;
• Attention to detail and writing skills to complete required checks and documentation;
• Basic math skills

If you have prior experience in an FDA or cGMP environment that is a plus.
