Job summary

Taylor Corporation in North Mankato, MN seeks a Fastlane Production Team Lead to coordinate and oversee our 2nd shift production team. You will guide floor personnel, manage daily activities, monitor performance and quality, train staff, and ensure safety and on-time goals while supporting continuous workflow improvements.

This full-time role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and solid computer skills with MS Office; prior leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction the production floor personnel
• Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel
• Handle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metrics
• Lead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are met
• Communicate during meetings, updates, and shift changes
• Continuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivity
• Willing to learn all equipment to understand how to assist operators on the floor and run a machine if needed
• Ensure that all goals and deadlines are met
• Complete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the job
• Ensure a safe workplace for all employees

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fastlane Production Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our 2nd shift production team in North Mankato, MN!

Work Authorization :

Your Responsibilities:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 – 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
