Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Workflow Lead in our North Mankato-MN facility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with employees to ensure they have everything they need each day to perform their job at a high level
• Help answer questions or find answers to questions each day
• Work with the supervisor on daily plans
• Post daily Production numbers and present to Leaders during the Gemba Walks
• Be willing to learn baseline on equipment to help cover breaks
• Have a keen eye for quality and the ability to sign off on QC for each job

Your Shift:

• 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm

You Must Have:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23 - 25. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
