Job summary

Taylor Corporation in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Team Lead for our Full Color department on the Flatbed side. This full-time role focuses on leading daily operations and ensuring print production runs smoothly.

The shift is 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with responsibilities including startup and control, crew alignment, run priority, daily WIP reports, and goal setting for the team. Compensation ranges hourly from $20 to $24 depending on experience.

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Team Lead for our Full Color department on our Flatbed side in our North Mankato-MN facility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process startup and control
• Align crewing to the need based on volumes in area
• Establish run priority based on customer requirements for all operators, assemblers and packagers
• Manage all aspects of the daily WIP reports
• Establish daily, monthly and annual goals for team members
• Gather metrics and barriers for Gemba

Your Shift:

• 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20 - 24. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
