JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $21.00 per hour, plus $1 per hour shift differential.

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am (2:30 am if busy), Saturdays based on business need

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead associate is responsible for supervising the line and reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be gathered and distributed for production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.

• Establish priorities, provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate, and support the team to ensure productivity and foster initiative.
• Prior lead experience or assistant management experience is a plus.
• Maintain high-level quality control within the department.
• Determine work assignments and equipment needs based on work orders and/or oral instructions.
• Complete daily logs.
• Wear the proper PPE.
• Have a working knowledge of warehouse functions and operations.
• Ability to take directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
• Weekends may be required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

• Walks, stands, and climbs for 12 hours.
• Strong computer knowledge, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously, above shoulder height and below waist.
• Frequently bends, squats, climbs, kneels, twists, push/pull, and reaches overhead.
• Must frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, and push/pull activities.
• Must always work in a safe manner.
• High importance on producing a quality product.
