Job summary

KI is seeking a full-time Team Leader for its Green Bay manufacturing facility on the 1st shift (6am-2pm). The role supervises the assembly area, coordinates with Lean Process Managers and engineers, and ensures technicians have what they need to maintain production flow.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical ability, and solid communication. Includes a benefits package and a $1.00/hour raise within the first year.

• Strong mechanical ability.
• Good communication and decision-making.
• Willingness to train on any shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly area activities and assign tasks to cell technicians.
• Collaborate with Lean Process Managers, Managers and Engineers as needed.
• Ensure technicians have what is needed to minimize interruptions.
• Maintain and support schedules, shift hand-off communication, and parts ordering.
