Job summary

LG Electronics is building a brand-new plant in Windsor, VA, and seeks Production Team Leads to guide from the line, support teammates, and help shape a world-class facility from day one. You’ll lead safety, quality, and productivity while partnering with engineering, quality, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing, 1+ year leading teams, and a passion for safety and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.

• Hands-on at various stations on the line.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team assembling commercial chillers, coaching and developing team members while working hands-on at any station on the line.
• Champion safety, ensure quality, keep production running smoothly, and connect with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

Lead the Way at LG's Newest Plant: Production Team Lead, Windsor, VA

What You'll Do

You'll lead a team assembling commercial chillers, coaching and developing your team members while working hands-on at any station on the line. You'll champion safety, take pride in quality, keep production running smoothly, and be the go-to partner connecting your team with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience of leading a team successfully achieving goals
• A passion for safety, quality, and helping others grow
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Comfort with hands-on equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standard work) is a plus
