Job summary

LG Electronics is launching a brand-new manufacturing plant in Windsor, Virginia, and is seeking Production Team Leads to guide the line, mentor teammates, and help build the facility culture from day one.

You will lead a crew assembling commercial chillers, coach operators, and ensure safety and quality while collaborating with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience leading a team to achieve goals.
• Passion for safety, quality, and helping others grow.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort with hands-on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standard work) is a plus.

You'll champion safety, take pride in quality, keep production running smoothly, and be the go-to partner connecting your team with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience of leading a team successfully achieving goals

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Comfort with hands-on equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standard work) is a plus
