Job summary

LG Electronics is opening a brand-new manufacturing plant in Windsor, Virginia, and we are seeking Production Team Leads to guide from the line, develop teammates, and help build something from the ground up. You will lead a team assembling commercial chillers, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance.

This is a first-leader role with opportunities to shape plant culture and standards, while enjoying full benefits and a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• 1+ years of demonstrated experience leading a team to achieve goals.
• Passion for safety, quality, and helping others grow.
• Strong communication and a team-first mindset.
• Hands-on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with lean tools (5S, kaizen, standard work) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team assembling commercial chillers, coaching and developing your team while working hands-on at any station on the line.
• Champion safety, pride in quality, keep production running smoothly, and connect with engineering, quality, and maintenance.
