Job summary

Diversity-Vuteq, LLC is seeking a Subleader to assist the Team Leader in guiding a production team of 6–10 members in Indiana. You will coordinate daily production activities and drive workflow to achieve targets.

You will ensure safety, enforce standards, monitor equipment and attendance, and support continuous improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential; flexibility to cover shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities with Team Leader.
• Manage workflow for team members.
• Ensure safety and adherence to standards.
• Achieve quality and quantity targets consistently.
• Audit equipment condition and report issues.
• Assist in timely equipment repairs as needed.
• Confirm attendance and reallocate manpower as required.
• Fill in during vacations or absences when needed.
• Maintain training records and process proficiency.
• Communicate delays and assist in problem solving.
• Facilitate communication between management and team.
• Perform additional duties to meet customer expectations.
